Return Policy

1. What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites), you can either return by mail. Please follow the below steps for returns. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.

Returns by mail -
a. Items purchased from My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) can be returned by mail in the United States within 14 days of purchase. Please note you can return by mail only purchases made from the My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites). We will not accept any returns by mail for purchases made from brick and mortar stores.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Clearance / Sale items can only be returned by mail, they cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
d. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and put the package in your mailbox or bring it to USPS (Post Offices, Letter Carriers) or FedEx (Office, World Service Centers, Authorized Ship Centers). You will not be charged for return shipping.
e. Please indicate the quantity, item number and reason code on the return form. Detach the return form and include it with the merchandise when you mail them back to us.
f. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping using this method.
g. My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
h. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
i. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s) by My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites). You will be receiving an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 7 further business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Returns in-store -
a. Items purchased from My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) can be returned at My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) stores in the United States within 30 days of purchase.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Clearance / Sale items can only be returned by mail, they cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
d. My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
e. Items returned at a My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) store will be refunded as a store merchandise credit only redeemable at the My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) store that processed the return. Please note for returns in-store you will not be refunded for merchandise or shipping charges to the original form of payment. In order to get a refund for a purchase from My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) to the original form of payment, you need to return as per the above “Return by mail” instructions.


2. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the My Drop Ship Store Inc. (And all its affiliate websites), you can either exchange by mail or exchange in-store.

Exchanges by mail -
a. Items purchased from My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites)can be exchanged by mail in the United States within 30 days of purchase.
b. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange by mail following the “Return by mail” instructions. You will receive an email notification once your original method of payment has been credited. You will only be credited for merchandise and not original shipping charges.
c. You will need to reorder a new item at My Drop Ship Store Inc. (And all its affiliate websites).

Exchanges in store -
a. Items purchased from My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) can be exchanged at My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) store in the United States within 30 days of purchase.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Clearance / Sale items can only be returned by mail, they cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
d. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable


3. Can I return My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) purchased using a gift card?

Yes, you can return My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites) purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was E-Gift card, you will be issued a new E-gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was physical gift card, you will be mailed a new physical gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned to the original shipping address.


4. Can a gift recipient return My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites)?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.


5. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s) by My Drop Ship Store Inc. (and all its affiliate websites). You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to be credited to your account.


6. My Drop Ship Store item has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

8. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
